You are a people person with strong Customer Service skills. You have switchboard experience and are computer proficient. You are bilingual in Spanish/English and looking for an opportunity with a community resource organization.

TriStarr’s client, a Lancaster city non-profit, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join their team.

RECEPTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • You will professionally answer, screen and forward incoming calls on a simple multi-line phone.
  • You will take detailed messages for various personnel and deliver messages in a timely manner.
  • You will respond to general inquiries about the company including contact information.
  • You will greet guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
  • You will open, sort, and distribute incoming mail daily.
  • You will perform a variety of clerical duties (photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, etc.)
  • You will refill breakroom supplies.
  • You will perform other duties as assigned.

RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
 

  • You have a HS diploma/GED and 1+ years of Front Desk experience.
  • You have Knowledge/Proficiency in MS Outlook & Word – MS Excel a plus.
  • You have phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
  • You are punctual and can work with minimal supervision.
  • You are Customer/Client focused and can multi-task.
  • You have a friendly manner and appearance.
  • You are bilingual in Spanish/English.

***Please note: Candidates must have clean FBI, Child Abuse and PA State Police clearances before starting work.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temp (short-term)
PAY RANGE: $16.50
START DATE: asap, pending interviews
HOURS: Mon-Thurs, 8:00am-1:00pm, Fridays 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hr. break)

DRESS CODE: Business casual
