Tax Manager
Tustin, California (Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
ARC Group is seeking a dynamic Tax Manager for one of the nation's top 25 CPA firms. Based in the Tustin, California office, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a well-respected and rapidly growing firm. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with three days in the office and two days working remotely each week.

Job Description:
- Review and verify the accuracy of federal, state, and local tax returns, identifying discrepancies and proactively resolving compliance issues.
- Design and implement strategic tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax position and minimize liabilities.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on complex tax matters, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage client billing for services rendered, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and ensuring efficient and precise execution of tax-related tasks.
Requirements of the Tax Manager:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Tax Regulations.
- CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Tustin, California, three days per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
