State Farm Agency, located in Arlington, TX, is searching for a competitive Licensed Insurance Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements:
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
  • 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required.
  • Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives.
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
