IDR is seeking a talented and experienced Peoplesoft Developer to join one of our top clients in Fort Worth, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact PeopleSoft project, focusing on the integration of PeopleSoft HCM with UKG Workforce Management (WFM). The developer will play a pivotal role in managing time and labor rules, addressing production backlogs, and driving enhancements to the PeopleSoft HCM system. Key Responsibilities:
This role is focused on supporting a PeopleSoft project, handling the integration of PeopleSoft HCM with UKG Workforce Management (WFM). The Peoplesoft Developer will:

  • Focus on the Time and Labor modules within PeopleSoft HCM to configure and optimize labor rules.
  • Address production backlogs and deliver enhancements to the PeopleSoft HCM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure data accuracy during integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time and labor processing.
  • Provide technical support for ongoing production and system improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Developer, specifically with Time and Labor modules in HCM.
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 or similar versions.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and managing time and labor rules in PeopleSoft.
  • Experience integrating PeopleSoft HCM with third-party systems such as UKG WFM or similar workforce management platforms.
  • Strong skills in backlog management, production troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
