IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager, OMS to join one of our top clients in Brentwood, TN. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee and manage engineering projects related to our client's Order Management System (OMS). Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Engineering Manager, OMS:

  • Oversee and manage OMS-related engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Troubleshoot and debug OMS code to address technical challenges and ensure optimal system performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, supply chain, and IT, to enhance OMS functionality and integration.

  • Lead and mentor engineering team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.

  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based microservices within OMS architecture.

  • Ensure efficient use of Azure cloud resources for scalability and reliability of OMS applications.

Required Skills for Engineering Manager, OMS:

  • Extensive experience with IBM Sterling OMS and expertise in key modules, including Distributed Order Management (DOM), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Catalog Management, Global Inventory Visibility (GIV), and Reverse Logistics.

  • Proficiency in Java programming for OMS customization and troubleshooting.

  • Strong understanding of OMS architecture and the full lifecycle of various order types.

  • Experience with cloud development using microservices and Azure platform.

  • Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce systems and integration with OMS.

  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex engineering projects.
