Key Responsibilities

  • House Maintenance: Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, manage vendor services, and ensure compliance with inspections.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Partner with volunteers for maintenance projects and house improvements.
  • Resident Support: Manage and monitor chore schedules, conduct weekly room checks, and distribute supplies.
  • Supply & Donation Management: Organize household inventory, coordinate in-kind donations, and update wish lists.
  • On-Call & General Duties: Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule and manage mail distribution.

What We’re Looking For

We need a proactive, organized professional with:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • An ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining ethical boundaries.
  • Willingness to pass background checks and obtain child abuse clearances.

JOB TYPE: Permanent
PAY RATE: $20/hr
SCHEDULE: 20 hours per week, plus one 7-day on-call shift every 4-5 weeks (stipend provided for each rotation)
