*_Position Summary:_*
Assist Pharmacists in preparing and distributing drugs, maintaining the drug inventory and maintenance of records.
*_Training and Continued Education_*

*_Minimum Education_*
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Must be enrolled in, or completed, a Pharmacy Technician training program resulting in obtaining Pharmacy Technician license. If a student trainee, must possess a current Virginia pharmacy technician training license.
* Successful completion of the National Certification Examination preferred.
*_Required Licenses_*
* Currently licensed as a Registered Pharmacy Tech in the state of Virginia.
* BLS required within 30 days of hire.
