IDR is seeking a Principal Creative Development Producer to join one of our top clients in Los Angeles. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Principal Creative Development Producer:

Partner with filmmakers to drive and execute the creative vision of Film/TV titles from inception to delivery

Support and participate in developing the creative strategy on feature films, long-form series, and short projects

Day-to-day management of the creative development and production of assigned projects

Champion diversity and inclusion in all areas of the development process & department

Partner with Global Head of Animation & Associate Producer to identify and adapt project milestones, and monitor creative progress

Responsible for writer, director, and showrunner talent sourcing & matching
-
Collaborate on the development of the slate, including crafting filmmaker briefs, leading creative working sessions, analyzing story structure, managing script analysts as needed
Required Skills for Principal Creative Development Producer:

Excellent understanding of screenplay structure, character, and script analysis

Deep knowledge of film/tv/theater and the entertainment industry, and strong interest in animation

Deep industry contacts with writers & creative talent as well as agents, managers, and scouts
-
Passion and understanding of the League of Legends universe and characters, and love for games in general
-
Proven experience in talent sourcing & matching
-
Strong time management, organizational & leadership skills
-
3+ years of experience in managing a project or a team
-
7+ years of experience in a relevant, comparable environment is required
